The 360°heating function of automatic rotation is a key feature of the Polyphemus filament dryer. This innovative design includes a geared motor that allows the filament to rotate automatically, ensuring even heating throughout the entire chamber. By eliminating temperature differences between the top and bottom of the drying chamber, your filament will be heated more evenly. Simply activate the rotating mode when you are not using the printer, and a spare motor is included to extend the overall lifespan of the device. The US Plug has an input voltage of 110V-120V.

The Polyphemus is equipped with an extension kit that allows for the use of larger 3kg spools, in addition to the standard 1kg spools. This means you can save time by drying multiple spools at once, with the filament drying evenly. Compatible with a variety of filament types and diameters, including 1.75mm, 2.85mm, and 3.00mm PLA, ABS, PETG, and more, you can easily select the appropriate mode for your specific filament drying needs.

Forget about having to constantly monitor the humidity and temperature levels of your filament. The automatic humidity control function of the Polyphemus ensures that your filament remains at the optimal humidity level at all times. With a drying temperature range of 20℃ to 70℃ and adjustable drying times from 30 minutes to 24 hours or unlimited, you can customize the settings to suit your needs. All settings are clearly displayed on the built-in interface.

The Polyphemus features a 130W PTC heating system and hot air circulation to effectively remove moisture from the filament. This system is not only safer and more environmentally friendly, but also energy-efficient and durable. The dryer is designed with 8 vents for optimal air circulation, allowing you to feed the filament in various directions. The silent fan ensures quiet operation.

In addition to its drying capabilities, the Polyphemus also serves as a storage box and spool holder. An adjustable exhaust vent on the lid allows you to store filament when not in use, while compartments for desiccants help keep the filament dry over extended periods. Small plugs are provided for sealing protection, ensuring your filament stays free from dust, moisture, and impurities.
